Kentucky: Where macaroni 'n' cheese tops the list of veggies

Expertly toasted, with no soggy underside of bread.

Just the right application of thousand island. 

Perfectly melted cheese. I gave it a 9.2 out of 10.

My veggie choice?  French fries.
