Police cite 21-year-old woman for running into traffic, colliding with car. (Wisconsin State Journal, 3/21/2015)
Otherwise known as 'shit-faced'.
The woman had been escorted out of the bar due to a high level of intoxication shortly after 1 a.m. and, while being accompanied by a friend, ran into traffic on the 300 block of West Gorham Street and was hit by a car. The collision caused her to flip onto the hood of the vehicle, according to the report by Lt. Eric Tripke.
