Arizona's Concealed Carry Law Fails to Stop 'Roaming Gunman' from Killing 1, Wounding 5



Arizona's concealed carry law went into effect on July 29, 2010

They prompted a four-hour manhunt, with SWAT teams from the local Police Department and several other area agencies swarming the neighborhood, knocking on doors, stopping and searching cars, tramping through yards, peering over fences and telling terrified residents to stay inside.

John R. Lott, Jr., founder of the Crime Prevention Research Center and author of More Guns Less Crime, probably fits many people's definition of a gun nut. 

And his research will promote his views until you pry his laptop from his cold, dead hands.
