According to its website, square footage of the Colby Public Library doubled in 1991 -- from 1200 to 2400.

In 1994, an addition to the Neillsville Public Library doubled its size.  The library celebrated its 100th anniversary as a Carnegie Library this year.

These are two building projects that fall outside of the coverage of the above line graph.

A new Withee Public Library opened in 2010.

But otherwise I'm not finding anything that provides background on a 110% increase in square footage since 2002.
