Alleged drunken, but certifiably crazy driver.

• crossed center line numerous times
• rear-ended a vehicle
• crashed head-on into an oncoming vehicle
• attempted to flee from scene of accident
• unable to get his car out of ditch
   

Police found 44 grams -- about an ounce and a half -- of marijuana in Golownia's car, as well as "evidence of narcotics delivery".
