Integrys Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Charlie Schrock noted these title changes are consistent with industry norms and recognize these leaders' substantial responsibilities in their respective areas.

Charles A. (Chuck) Cloninger, president of WPS and UPPCO, has been named executive vice president to the new electric segment. This includes Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (natural gas and electric services) and Upper Peninsula Power Company. W

William E. (Bill) Morrow, vice president of Gas Engineering, has been named executive vice president to lead the new gas segment. The natural gas segment includes North Shore Gas, Peoples Gas, Michigan Gas Utilities, and Minnesota Energy Resources Corporation.
