The Appropriately Named Water Street in Warren Pennsylvania (March 1956)

Letter from Mom (May 17, 2006). Am also enclosing a picture of the '56 flood. Barb tho't you'd be interested in seeing it. Someone must have given it to Dad. Before the dam was built.

The old St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where Dad served as pastor from 1957 to 1971, is just visible to the left in the above photo.
