1.  Supports nullification.  (Will you support legislation to nullify ObamaCare and authorize state and local law enforcement to arrest federal officials attempting to implement the unconstitutional health care scheme known as ObamaCare?)

2.  Lies to his staff.  (As revealed in  Krug denied to staff he backed arrest of federal officials, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 12/8/2012)

Won re-election by a margin of 109 votes.
