Excerpt: The Community Library in Twin Lakes will be closed for a remodeling and expansion project starting on Sunday, Sept. 18.

A re-opening date is pending; however, library officials anticipate being able to re-open the end of November or the very beginning of December.

Patrons are encouraged to visit the other Community Library locations in Salem and in Silver Lake.

The current Twin Lakes space is approximately 3,800 square feet and will be expanded to approximately 6,300 square feet. The additional room will provide more public access computers, programs, shelves for materials, and general seating areas, library officials say.
