Excerpt: A Thomasville man was being held on $25,000 bond in connection with the robbery Tuesday of a 79-year-old woman outside the public library on Randolph Street, Thomasville police said yesterday.
The victim was shoved into bushes outside the library about 3:40 p.m. as she was leaving, police said.
She was treated for minor injuries.
