Development at South Park Street and Fish Hatchery Road gets Madison commission approval.  (Wisconsin State Journal, 8/27/2017)
The Madison Plan Commission voted unanimously for a project by T. Wall Enterprises to construct three buildings of 162 apartment units and about 12,000 square feet of retail space on 1.64 acres.
Last month, the commission delayed a vote on the project, known as Peloton Residences, and asked T. Wall to work on areas of concern, such as sidewalk widths, building setbacks and shadows.
The developer reconfigured its underground parking structure to push the building back from the Fish Hatchery Road side by three feet, changed its landscape design in a central courtyard area in response to limited light exposure and agreed to make all sidewalks around the property six feet wide, said Jon Hepner, a development manager at T. Wall.
