2008-2010 drop in Democratic voter participation:  40.5% vs.1.3% increase for Republicans.
2012-2014 drop in Democratic voter participation:  27% vs. 5.3% increase for Republicans.

Walker's vote total increased by 16.7% in 2014 compared to 2010.  Mary Burke exceeded Tom Barrett's total by 25%.
