Wisconsin coronavirus patterns: Winnebago, Outagamie, and Waupaca counties





Of the 457 cases in Winnebago County, 60 of them (13%) are residents of census tract 5, an area with considerable student housing located just east of UW-Oshkosh.  Of the 316 COVID tests, 19% are positive.
