Wisconsin GOP continues to swim against the tide (the climate change edition)


Climate change is shaping-up to be a defining policy platform for Democratic candidates in the 2020 presidential primary. Some are embracing sweeping policy proposals like the Green New Deal, while others are taking a more moderate approach to the issue.

Half of the senior scientists were cut from the DNR’s Integrated Science Services Bureau in the 2015 state budget because Republicans didn’t want them studying the way climate change and pollution from mining could harm the environment.
