Classic look replaces modern touches in Marling Lumber redevelopment proposal.  (Capital Times, 3/1/2016)
The project runs alongside the Yahara River Parkway, a Madison landmark. That makes it subject to the Landmarks Commission's oversight, and that body is charged with deciding whether the project is so large or visually intrusive that it "adversely affects the historic character and integrity of the adjacent landmark," according to the city.
