From an email to #countyboardrecipients. Second, either stop the infill building, or start requiring builders to include a certain amount of green space in their plans. The green space should not be limited to roof gardens, but should be used as a way to absorb moisture and preserve the beauty Madison still has. We could start by using the current City/County building space for green space, once the new building has been finished.
"New city/county building? News to me!" sez the chair of the county's Public Works and Transportation committee.
