District 2: Shirley Floeter filed a non-candidacy form, indicated she will not run for re-election this year. No other candidates have registered, so that seat will be determined by a write-in.
District 5: Lyle Snyder did not file for re-election. Following a 3-day extension, as provided by law, Kathy Jo Locke registered to run for his seat.
