Developer Chris Houden’s proposal involves 11 properties between 717 and 753 E. Johnson St. After working with the Tenney-Lapham neighborhood for nearly a year and making multiple concept revisions, Houden is formally proposing to demolish three houses and relocate four others for two, three-story buildings with 2,800 square feet of first-floor retail, 56 apartments above, and 69 underground parking spaces.
