Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: New York 18th

[Corrected.]  Since 1989, Democrat Nita Lowey has represented 3 different U.S. House districts:  the 20th (1989-1993), the 18th (1993-2013), and the 17th (2013-present.)  As a result of redistricting after the 2010 census, and New York State's loss of 2 House seats, the New York became an open seat in 2012.  Democrat Sean Maloney won his first two elections by an average of 2.8 percentage points but gave himself some breathing room in 2016 with a 11.2 point margin.

Clinton won 58.6% of the presidential vote compared to 38.4% for Trump.
