Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Arizona 1st


Republican Paul Gosar defeated Democratic incumbent Ann Kirkpatrick in the Tea Party wave of 2010.  Redistricting shifted Gosar into the 4th CD, which allowed Kirkpatrick to regain her seat in 2012 and serve 2 more terms.  In 2016, Democrat Tom O'Halleran defeated Republican Paul Babeu by 7.3 percentage points.
