Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Ohio 13th


Rep. Tim Ryan has represented the 13th district since 2003.  Trump may have won the district by 15 points, but Ryan crushed his opponent by a margin of 35.4 percentage points.

Really?  Someone thinks this seat is flippable?  Trump won Rep. Tim Walz’s district by 15 points in an election where Clinton performed 11.2 points worse than Obama in 2012. Obama, who won the South Minnesota district with 51 percent of the vote in 2008, underperformed himself four years later, as Republicans upped their share of the vote.
