David Clarke as FBI director: I hope the U.S. Senate would stand against this debacle

I read comment online mentioned how Clarke is a big-deal among the right wing crowd. All those paid speeches and posturing play well. Take a turn into right-wing land in Twitter and Instagram and you'll see what I mean. As evidenced by a high school classmate of mine who positively commented on Facebook in favor of both Clarke and Benghazi Gowdy as FBI heads.
