Arizona election disaster: This is what the GOP game plan for voter suppression looks like




Meet the woman responsible for this debacle.

According to an article in today's New York Times, she was first elected to the office of Maricopa County Recorder in 1988.  In other words, she should have known better.

Her initial babbling thoughts on the matter.

For the April 2016 elections, which included Republican and Democratic presidential primaries, Purcell reduced the number of polling places to 60 from 200.

In a county with a population of just over 4,000,000...

...where apparently it's "easier than ever" to access election information but harder than ever to vote.
