Putting an exclamation point on 'FULL'

A very brief history of the Dane County Parking Ramp.
The first five stories were built in 1957 providing approximately 700 parking spaces for county employees and public users. In 1963 two more floors were added providing an additional 300 stalls mainly for public users.

The driver of the car pulling into the ramp realizes that the sign doesn't necessarily mean what it says.
