UPDATE: Our dumb senator -- proven scientifically -- on climate change (NoRoJo2016)

The Weather Guys note that RoJo's statement
is entirely untrue but echoes a line of argument that many climate change and global warming skeptics have introduced into the discussion for a number of years.

This headline bring the table below up to date.

Ron, 9 of the 10 warmest years globally have taken place since 1998.  It will take a few more years to know for certain, but the back-to-back records of 2014 and 2015 may have put the world back onto a trajectory of rapid global warming, after a period of relatively slow warming dating to the last powerful El NiƱo, in 1998. Columns 3 and 4 indicate the number of degrees above the 20th century average.

To paraphrase Mark Twain, why let the facts get in the way of a good story?
