  • Started in 1998
  • Accounts for 3% of total library circulation
  • Bookmobile circulation has declined by 25% in 5 years
  • Accounts for 2% of annual visits to library facilties
  • Bookmobile needs to be replaced in "near future", at an estimated cost of $300,000
  • "Elimination of bookmobile service is a national trend".
