David Steinert Spouts the Company Line (and Puts His Money Where His Mouth Is)

Tomah schools have company seeking taxpayer help. (Tomah Journal, 3/5/2014)

Steinert speaks up at sparsely attended forum Monday at Tomah High School to explain the April 1 referendum. “You have to be cognizant of what taxpayers can afford to pay.  The issue is that we can’t afford the taxation ... There is only so much money to go around.”

Yup, only so much money to go around.  (Not a complete accounting.)

Makes Steinert look like a piker, but the guy does what he can.

Hat tip to Thomas J. Mertz
