Vita Plus Gets Guest Speaker at Bargain Rate

Excerpt:    The governor’s budget address will be held before a joint session of the Legislature at Vita Plus Corp., an employee-owned manufacturer of livestock feed products. The session will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Vita Plus distribution center, 3019 Progress Road, on the Southeast Side.

The public can attend the session but it is a ticketed event, like past budget sessions. Tickets are free and can be obtained through the governor’s office (608-266-1212) or through a legislator.


“I am giving my budget address outside of the Capitol to highlight the goal of my administration, ensuring Wisconsin has a business climate that allows the private sector to create 250,000 new jobs by the end of my first term,” Walker said in a statement
